Do you have the budget to invest in online marketing?
Note, I said, “invest” because that’s what marketing is, an investment. The idea isn’t to drop money into a black hole, but rather get a return back on that investment.
Do you have the bandwidth to grow?
Every client I work with follows my 300% rule – I give my 150% to every project and in return they give me their 150%. That doesn’t mean you need to carve out 3 hours a day for endless meetings about nonsense. Who has time for that? It means you have dedicated person (yourself, practice manager, a liaison) who’s serious about moving the needle forward.
